How to use an Acu-Vac Coil

Single-wired Acu Vac Coils work directionally, with one end supporting the release of stagnant or heavy energy and the other encouraging positive energetic flow.

Our double-twisted Acu Vac Coils, however, are designed to both draw in and emit energy from either end, allowing for more balanced and versatile use.

A Simple Step-by-Step Guide to Using Your Acu Vac Coil:

1. First, decide on whether you are removing negative energy or emitting positive energy (for example from an area of discomfort, a crystal, or even a space in your home).
2. To remove negative energy, hold a clear intention of removing negative energy, point the coil in the direction of a problem area and steadily pull or back it away - negative energy will vacuum out of the problem area, through the coil and transmute into positive energy.   The vacuum effect will increase with your pull distance.
3. To emit positive energy, hold a clear intention of sending positive energy, then gently guide the coil toward the space or situation in need.  Let the energy stream to where it’s most needed.

Tip: If you are using a single-wrapped Acu Vac Coil and are unsure which end supports release or emission, simply work with both ends during your practice. Always set a clear intention, as the way Acu Vac Coils, like all spiritual tools, are experienced is strongly influenced by your own focus and intention.
