What are Chakras?
Chakras are energy centres located at specific points along the body’s energy channel (between the base of your spine and the top of your head). The human body has 7 major Chakra sites:

How do Chakras Work?
Chakras are aligned with specific areas of the body and are associated with different physical, emotional, mental and spiritual aspects.

Chakras are often described as spinning wheels of energy, each vibrating at its own unique frequency. These frequencies are associated with different wavelengths of light - represented as colours. The colour linked to each chakra helps harmonise and balance that energy centre, reflecting its distinct qualities and symbolic meaning.

When Chakras are balanced and functioning, energy flows fluidly, resembling the shape of a spinning wheel or a vortex. When imbalanced or blocked, the affected energy flow centre may spin in the wrong direction, slow down and/or become incoherent.
