What are the properties of each crystals used?

Garnet
Garnet is a deep red crystal associated with passion, vitality and protection. It energises and balances, while enhancing motivation and confidence.  Garnet can good for boosting energy, especially in times of low vitality or emotional fatigue.

Angel Aura Quartz

Angel Aura Quartz is a Clear Quartz  crystal treated with a rainbow sheen, offering joy, peace and angelic connection.  It's known to elevate the mood and enhance meditation or energy healing.  Angel Aura Quartz harmonises with the Crown and Third Eye Chakras.

Obsidian
